Newbies Sessions: Birth to Pre-Crawlers 6 weeks for £55
Join Berry and Wanda on their adventures incorporating holistic practices to support your little one's growth and development as well as aid common newborn imbalances such as teething, digestive troubles, sleep support and more. These interactive sessions include breathing techniques for parents, affirmations, sensory time and meditation included with the story that builds in the specific techniques to support the session's theme.

Mini Movers: Crawlers 6 weeks for £55
Continue your little one's journey with the Stage 2 little one's sessions, where the sessions and techniques are adapted to support your growing babies. Using story and play as the foundation to bring in well-being techniques such as Yoga, Reflexology, Massage, Mindfulness and more. We move around much more with the little one's and encourage their curiosity during the sessions, teaching parents and guardians how to adapt their approach when supporting their little one's health and development.

Magical Explorers: Mixed Age Sessions
These sessions are more stay and play-based that are suitable for mixed ages which include Babies, Pre-schoolers, Home-Educated, Primary Age and Ability Adapted. During these sessions, we aim to grow skills such as reinforcing mindfulness, self-awareness, self-care and nurture through techniques such as craft/activities, yoga, mindfulness practices, story, play, reflexology and more. During the sessions there will be a variety of 'stations' set up for the children to be able to explore themselves, taking the lead based on their interests. For the last part of the session, we bring everyone together for story and mindful relaxation time. This session will have resources that support a wide range of ages making it perfect if you have children of varying ages and development/interest stages.
